Six years into growing a community-oriented creative business, I’m shifting towards slower, sustainable growth, visualizing it as an eco-system. I recently started a tactile ‘zine to engage supporters, sending out hand-written missives for feedback. Despite mixed responses, the experience has been insightful, guiding future improvements for upcoming editions.
